REFUND POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Product bought on sale / discounted are final sale items. Which means there are no refunds. You would be able to exchange items if product is in stock or receive a voucher to use at our online store. 

To return or exchange an item:

Take a photo of the packing slip and a copy of your confirmation email from your order and send it to our support team at INFO@TORNTSHIRTS.COM with subject line being REFUND along with the request of the new size or item desired in the body of the email message. You will be given further instructions on how to complete the the refund process.

Please take note:

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. We cannot refund you if not in original packaging.
  • We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
